Where do I start?

Visit our sales office and tour existing homes for sale or pick out a plan that will suit your needs. While doing so, we can assist in assessing financial capabilities to match your needs. Do I need to have a realtor to buy a new home?

No, you do not. Our New Home Specialists are trained professionals that can assist you in the purchase of your new home. If you have already selected a realtor, we will be happy to work with them. 

How long will it take to build my home?

Most of our homes should be completed within 90-120 days from start to finish. There are custom options available that could possibly effect the construction process but 120 days should be on the longer side.

How can I be assured that I will get the quality and value I expect at Cheyenne Pass?

First, the covenants were written with you in mind! All builders are required to build with 2 x 6 exterior walls with the proper insulation in walls and ceilings, maintenance free exteriors, ( no vinyl siding), wind resistant shingles; all in an effort to protect your investment for years to come. Second, our team of New Home Specialists are committed to inspecting any builders work prior to building at Cheyenne Pass so be assured of our concerns for delivering to you the product as expected.
